The DARK MATTER series paintings

The Dark Matter series paintings are inspired by the lights of the celestial heavens where also the forces of Dark Matter and Dark Energy live beyond the observable universe of light. Black Holes are formed when the gravitational forces become so intense that light can no longer escape. This hellish vortex of pressure spinning makes stars explode and implode and transform becoming energy and stardust including the creation of our precious heavy metals like gold.
